Order of Authority
What is Title of Law?
Under the Constitution of the United States, there are three different jurisdictions.
They are: 1) Equity 2) Admiralty 3) Maritime
Which of these three are the People of the United States being govern under?
Black people still are governed under:
Article 1; Section 2; Clause 3: Three-fifths (3/5) of a person.
Which activates:
Article III; Section 2; of the Constitution of the
United States with the Equity Law which takes away
the Title of civil police to police.
This Law has clothed police with the authority
that includes misuse of power under the Color of Law.
The reason police do not get convicted and the Union works behind the scenes with the
judges and prosecutors is because of this Color of Law (Qualified Immunity).
To change the Order of Authority you must start at the foundation which it is based upon:
Article 1; Section 2; Clause 3: Three-fifths (3/5) of a person*
Followed by:
Article III; Section 2; of the Constitution of the United States with the Equity Law and change the name of Police to Civil Police.
